Design Notes

We introduce a silent mutation in order to conform to RFC10 and RFC1000 assembly standards. Specifically, we altered the the sequence of GAATTC into GAATTT to avoid EcoRI restriction sites, and the sequence of GAGAGC into GAGATC at 410bp to avoid BsaI in the sequence of Beta-Fructosidase.

Source

This Beta-Fructosidase came from Thermotoga maritima, a hyperthermophillic bacteria.
